CMC proposes pokladenský system and longer contracts with insurance companies

Czech Medical Chamber (CLK) wants to ensure that patients pay in cash offices and the money then you let yourself be reimbursed by insurance companies. The Chamber acknowledges that the system is called pokladenský convenient for doctors, but disadvantageous to patients. At its weekend congress in Brno, but concluded that it will enforce, even if not yet political support. The Chamber also requested extended contracts with insurance companies and medical facilities to increase income.

Compulsory Medical Association? ODS says no

Prague - the ODS wants to submit an amendment that would abolish compulsory membership in the Czech Medical Chamber.

The amendment submitted by the Ministry of Health ODS deputy Jozef Kochan. "Out of this amendment to the CLK is clear optional membership," said Kochan Aktuálně.cz. "Once the situation is stable in the political arena, we will ask the Ministry of Health to submit this proposal to the government. The amendment is ready, "said Vice Chairman of the House Committee on Health.
