The section's work coincides with the activities of the civic association called the Association of Otorhinolaryngology and outpatient phoniatrist Czech Republic (SAOF). The association has paid contributions under the light shifts up and down at around 200 members.

Department of ENT outpatient physicians organizes every year two meetings of physicians. The two-day training event on the first day deals with problems of economic and legal and professional issues the next day.
ThirdHealth Insurance:
Representatives of the section is devoted to intensive work on the power tariff. Actively participate in conciliation negotiations with health insurers. Monitor and defend the interests of patient and otolaryngologist phoniatrist.
