Dear Colleagues and Friends,

On behalf of the International Rhinologic Society, I would like to extend a warm and cordial invitation to everyone in the world to come to Venice to attend the World Congress of Rhinology.
Venice is a really fascinating City with its culture, its art, its monuments, its museums, its fashionable shops and the enchanting and romantic atmosphere of the great laguna especially in the winter time; All these things combined one another, will create a warm and welcoming greeting atmosphere for all the IRS members as well as for the Clinicians and Researchers who will work and will be involved in various ways in this stimulating Congress.
In compiling the Scientific Program, we are starting from the intent to debate about several branches of Rhinology and connected aspects, such as allergy, immunology, plastic surgery with the aim of promoting clinical and experimental research. In particular, the attention will be focused on what has already been done up-to-now and what still should be done.
I am sure that, thanks to your contributions, the Congress will be rich in content, stimulating in effect and provocative in nature, while the professional facilities, the well-known Italian hospitality (not forghetting ours wines and cuisine) and organization talents will make this I.R.S. Congress (Pinocchio 2007) memorable and successful.
